Conference Update – 2025

The Virginia Polygraph Association (VPA) Board is excited to announce the American Polygraph Association (APA) & Virginia Polygraph Association Training Conference is scheduled October 29 – 31, 2025 at Great Wolf Lodge in Williamsburg, VA. The first day of the conference is the optional PCSOT training. Attached is the registration forms for the October 29th PCOST and October 30th – 31st Conference. Room rates booking instructions are included in the flyer. Great Wolf Lodge was kind enough to extend a limited amount of the discounted room rates for an additional day for those that are interested in having your families join for the Halloween Festivities Friday evening. If you plan on staying the extra night, please do not wait to reserve your rooms. All are encouraged to bring your families to enjoy the indoor waterpark included in the room rates.

The VPA Board is still finalizing the schedule for the conference and once completed will send it out in a separate email. All none VPA members who attended will be given a one-year membership to the VPA at no cost. This is a great opportunity to earn continuing education credits and network with other examiners. We will have a presentation and Q & A session with the DPOR Polygraph Examiners Board to discuss upcoming regulation updates.
